Delivery Schedule and Policies

Thank you for doing your part to reduce plastic waste and shopping with Buttercup! Please have a read over our schedule and polices so we can serve you best!

Delivery days are the following: 
Tuesdays - Rossland & Warfield
Wednesdays - Trail, Montrose, Beaver Valley and Fruitvale
Fridays - Castlegar & Genelle
Every second and fourth Friday of the month - Nelson

Any orders placed after 10 am on your delivery day will be delivered the following week (for Nelson orders, 2 weeks). 
Delivery times may vary, so please have your jars outside no later than noon on your day of delivery. Please also note that if road conditions are extremely poor and dangerous, delivery may need to be postponed. If this does happen we will contact you to let you know.

Please Note:
If empty jars are not left out on the day of delivery, we will not be able to deliver the new products and will need to charge a fee for rescheduling the delivery. 
Fees are; $2 within Rossland, $5 anywhere outside of Rossland, other than Nelson, which will be $10. 
Any orders that are cancelled due to non delivery if empty jars are not left out are subject to a $5 restocking fee.  We appreciate your understanding.

How it works: 
We are passionate about reducing plastic waste and are happy to offer resuable jars with a small deposit of $1.50 each. 
Please select the amount of jars you will be needing. For your first order, you will need the same amount of jars as products you've ordered.
When you are ordering a refill, simply be sure to leave your clean jar outside for us to pick up at time of delivery. For every one of our jars you leave for us to pick up, you will not need to add a jar on your new order for.

Example: 
You are reordering 5 items and have 2 jars at home that you'll leave out for us, you'll just need to select 3 jars for this order. 
For any special instructions on where you would like your delivery left, or where you have left your jars for us, please just add a note in your shopping cart and we are happy to work with you however we can. 
Have clean and empty jars that you're no longer wanting refilled but you want picked up and refunded? No problem, please just contact us here or email us at buttercuprefill@gmail.com and we will arrage a pickup and refund.
